Manufacturing Process
- Capturing a detailed 3D scan of the patient’s foot.
- Designing the orthotic with LaserCAM Orthotics software.
- 3D printing the model using Polypropylene (PP) powder.
- Producing lightweight, durable, and fully customized orthotics.
